Organic chemistry is driving me nuts. 3D molecules were just not meant to be drawn on 2D surfaces. It makes life hard and stereochemistry most unenjoyable. Not having such a great morning already as I was out running and hit a patch of ice and subsequently hit the parking lot of Shields. Luckily only bruises, no ripped clothes, and no blood. So...tip of the day: keep drinking milk so you don't break bones if you slip this winter.

Will came up this weekend to see me...unfortunately very tired for the first half because student teaching demands rather long hours...but otherwise quite perky. We hung out, watched Family Guy and football, played Scrabble with Tara and Larisa, ate tasty food, and were generally cuddly. It was good to have him back for the weekend. So switching to a "big people" doctor (read: not pediatrician) is a bit harder than I thought. It seems that my mom's internist is flat-out not accepting patients and the rest of that practice is not accepting them 'til July. So I need to look for another one. Anyone know a good internist near Newtown?

So my econ professor seems interesting...it's just too bad I don't have the attention span for a 75 minute period. And I just realized that three weeks of this semester I have either 3 or 4 exams, excluding finals week...so yeah...this semester is not going to be fun.
