Hooray for you! You're doing what most of us are only thinking. I too am trying to get myself to do something physical every day, since I have a lot of time available, and I spend most days on-call as a sloth. Tricia is still my gym buddy, we try to crack the whip on eachother in a lazy kind of way, haha. Also I am reporting to my dad because he doesn't think I'll stick to it, so I have that nagging desire to prove him wrong, haha.

Maybe you could join Gloria at her yoga classes? Or get a membership at the aquatic centre or something? Indoor = good. ;)

Way to go! I was fairly consistent with yoga until, that's right, the holidays!! And then I had this weird neck pain so another week passed, and another . . .
finally this morning I started the day off right and it was wonderful. Why does something that is pleasurable and healthy take such motivation to keep up with???
