There is a condition well-known in the Honours program that I (and others) call the "November-Marches." This is the time that our papers are due, the reading piles up, and live generally becomes much more stressful. This year, being my final year of my Honours degree (!!), the anxiety comes much sooner. Like now. Why?

I just had my first professional massage, and oh my god it was fantastic. Money totally well spent. My therapist was a young, pleasant and chatty woman who was really great about talking me through everything that she was doing, and coaching my breathing through the rough spots.
