I've been busy! But I got last weekend off to hang out in Austin with Cat for the day after her birthday and also have a tea party and it was super fun and broiling hot at the same time. We ate much good food, however, that means little coming from me who works all day and never gets lunch breaks so therefore any food tastes good.

Ok, the most important news is that I'm going to buy a house. Hopefully this house I made an offer on, but certainly any sort of habitation soon. The price isn't as low as it could be, but I think we're getting a really good deal. It's a slightly older house, but with lots of improvements made to it, well-kept and very unique. I always feel particularly lonely on Father's Day. I feel like I resemble my father the most, I heard somewhere that daughters resemble their fathers, sons their mothers, and I think it applies. In the end, I think he would be proud of me, even if most of the world isn't that happy to see me.

I am not an entomologist, but I think I can safely conclude that mosquitoes are breeding in my skin. Every part of my body has mosquito bites, some several. I have not been able to discern where they are coming from, how they are breeding, why they are eating only me when I am the only one wearing the OFF stuff.
