HELP!

I have my cousins wedding coming up in August and I decided it's a good time to start looking for my dress to wear. I found this cute dress at Fredericks ( look here )

Omg, I love that first dress. But yes, it's too busty for a wedding. The second one would me more appropriate for a wedding, plus it's pretty too.
