I'd say culinary. I mean baking is more precise and what not but I feel like once you learned the basic skills of it it's more about decorating and all that to make it pretty to stand out.

yeah i see what you mean and you do learn the basics of baking in culinary arts. but i have this thing about baking, its so precise and calming where as cooking is always so rushed and frantic when you are doing it professionally. also i have competed nationally in baking and did well so i feel like i have more of a natural talent for it. but cooking has better hours and limitless possibilities.

i feel like i really can't lose in this decision.

Plus opening a bakery would just be cool I think lol. I always think of Maggie Gyllenhaal's hardcore bakery in Stranger Than Fiction. I think you're right either way you'll be doing something you love. It just seems to me like you'd have more options open if you just did culinary but if you already know you love baking why not solely focus on that.

the first one looks so yummy... i dunno, i would go with culinary arts because you can incorporate more flavours other than 'sweet' but both seem amazing to do
