Ok, I'm finally updating about my superb trip to New York. Shannon and I had a whirlwind trip, it was 48 hours nearly on the dot! Our trip was October 23-25. We headed up on the Chinatown bus on Monday afternoon, got there and figured out where hotel was. Remember the saga of my stubbed toe this summer? The one I managed to mangle twice, that brought me unbelieve able amounts of pain? Well, I realize now...that was just child's play. I love my job, and I feel so blessed to be able to take part in the lives of these young people. God allowing me to be a piece of the puzzle, to help bring teens to Him...really a blessing. I know I'm not worthy, which makes it even more of an honor to do the work I do.
