I too will have to agree with what Rdallyn said about Bruce and his portrayal, though I'll also have to extend it to the Joker as well. Not in that the Joker's usually portrayed as 'boring' in most fiks, so much as that you really give him a sense of being grounded in reality, which I think really pushes and makes his portrayal in SiE much more intriguing and obsessive.
I loved and adored and had a total '\^O^/ *SCORE!*' moment when Joker was superimposing his realities. This has always been a major intrigue for me in SiE both in regards to the Joker's psyche as well as to Bruce's and never fails to turn me into a giddy little school girl when it shows up. ^3^♥ And not just because of the psychology behind it, but in these instances both the Joker and Bruce are so... intense in their respective portrayals, not just physically but also mentally and emotionally that they just become such powerful and visceral scenes

I took freaking FOREVER reading that haha! Like I was savoring it or something :p This is awesome there's so many fantastic things about this chapter, I can't even begin to point them all out. It feels like seeing an old friend again for the first time in a long time haha!
Poor Mr J! It makes me so sad when he gets these hallucinations, but I trust Brucey will fix him :) Also, 'Mr Moustache' made me lol like a mother fucker :D I've always loved it when Joker teases Ol' Gordy.
And the whole 'Chi Sao' thing was awesome too. You guys must do a lot of research for this- I admire that dedication :) Can't wait for the next chapter guys. :) Thanks so much for sharing!!
I pretty much had a gigantic smile on my face while reading this.
This might be a strange comparison, but it's immediately what came to mind after reading this chapter: y'know those abused dogs that have to be rehabilitated and go through tests to see if they're adoptable? That's what J reminds me of here. And it seems like he failed a test. I was expecting a bit of good-natured sparring, not a complete freak-out. Poor guys. :(
