That is so lovely! I agree about the lighting - it looks bright & inviting. I would love to visit there myself.

It's got a very creative vibe to it... I usually can't stop myself from staring at the painted mosaic on the floor. It gets me every time. :)

Old Towne Orange is doomed to one Arts & Crafts treatment after another, because people think that nothing else will pass DRC, etc. Oh well.

Do you know what happened to my old house, I heard it defaulted and went to auction? Oh dear!
