At The Ball Without My Tiara
I used to go to balls. Grand, gala affairs with delicious food & open bars. Ladies in gorgeous gowns & terrifying plastic surgery on the arms of men in festive kilts & comb-overs to hide their bald spots. I used to wear pantsuits in protest. Black & sleek. Basketball Diary
Today I went to my first Bonnie Brae Knights basketball game. It was probably the first basketball game I've been to since I was in high school. In my spare time I write YA fiction. It's corny, yes. I had, until recently, a writing journal but I didn't really write in there. I always set up communities just for the fun of it to use.
