His falling approval rating seems to have him a bit flustered. What are his numbers at now? 31? Perhaps he could outline his points better with improved oratory. Maybe he could get tips from vern0n.

He can say that again. Or maybe he'll screw that up, too, on second thought.

I'm still saddened by the alternate budgets that I saw being proposed in the House last night on C-SPAN, none of which had a snowball's chance in hell of being approved. The democratic alternative came on (live) at approximately 11pm EST. I don't think that's conducive to good decision making about its suitability, do you?
