My New Year's Resolution:
I would like to lose 15-20lbs by the beginning of June.
The Plan:
Every week
I will lose 1-2 pounds a week.
If one pound is lost, I will treat myself to a skin or hair treatment.
If two pounds are lost, I will treat myself to a manicure or a tan.
