It would be divided into categories like "songs," "movies/plays," "books," "inventions," "furniture," "philosophy," etc. It would be a clearing house for people who are adept in the conceptual but not in the practical (like me). If anyone does this, I will start halfassedexecutions.com where people can make websites for beginnings of stories, intros to songs, outlines for scripts and essays, etc. that they will never finish.

i like this idea.half realised ideas are much prettier than fully realised, grown up ones.maybe you could write my movie based on the dunedin music scene of the eighties where all the characters are played by pre teens.
