Honestly, I don't mind romance when done well, it's more fluff I oppose. It's too sickly sweet and girly. Men can love, not to mention loose, and that is nice to both read and write about.

I have just finished reading this. I cried even more than reading cold feet. That was so sad t.t I would have never imagined Aki wasn't real. And then I thought Hiroto would meet the real Aki after the surgery, but Kenzo seems to be a good boyfriend for Hiroto too xD
Will Hiroto tell Kenzo about Aki one day? That would be a really awkward moment. I would go like "you are kidding, right? RIGHT?" xD But Kenzo would love him anyway, wouldn't he? Maybe in thinking too much xD
I cried a lot and I caught a cold the other day, so I was crying and drowning xD but it was worth reading. I loved this story, I'm looking forward to reading the next one.

Haha, sorry I made you cry again... I'm happy you didn't realise Aki wasn't real, that was sort of the point! And since he wasn't real, Hiroto couldn't meet him after the surgery. He met Kenzo instead, someone less perfect but a lot more real. A person Hiroto probably wouldn't have dared to approach, maybe wouldn't even have liked, if he hadn't met Aki and fallen in love with him. Hiroto learnt a lot about himself through Aki, I think that was his greatest gift to Hiroto in the end.

As to what happens between Hiroto and Kenzo, I'm not sure... But I think they have a good shot at being happy together, and it's not impossible Hiroto one day tells him about Aki.
