Ok. yeah i am going to agree with you half way at least. the reason it wont make ti through is because it is unconstitutional, and frankly someone will eventually come along, if it stand that is, and say "you have to get rid of this" and we will. i don't understand the prop 100%, this is why it is so hard for me to understand why it passes, it seems fraudulant and flat out racist. not only that, if it stays my dad will probably go to jail. do you have any idea how many women come to this country to have their babies, to give them citizenship, to get pretty good delivery care? a whole lot. who will not turn in "illegals"? my dad. thats who. and it so shouldn't be his responsibility. people who offer care and help to people are going to be challanged and convicted. not to mention what is going to happen to all the "non-citizens" of this state. it is so ridiculous! ugh i cannot voice my frustration enough.
