okay, want to know how i know it's too hot. I was outside for maybe 8 min total all day today, and i lost 3lbs. I lost 3lbs from just sweating from standing in the sun. what gives?

i love how they tell everyone stress is so bad, and how you should watch out for stressfull situation. They say this causes stress and that causes stress, but then they turn around say not only say that stress effects everyone differently, but that there is also good stress.
