Two 180's don't equal a 360 if the second one is twice as fucked up as the first. So my question is:

Can you actually go to a psychiatrist for depression without being treated for some exotic mental disorder?

the answer is no. if you want to beleev something is wrong with you then someone will be there to tell you there is something wrong with you.

one can enlist the help of others but really it comes down to one helping themself.

one 180 clockwise and one 180 counter-clockwise will put you back exactly where you were.

however, if you keep spinning around in the same direction you will either get wound-up or face the downward spiral.

no easy solution..

take this Rocky IV song for instance:

I WILL help myself...to these new pills I just got! Wellbutrin, Risperdal and some Ambien, just in case the exotic Risperdal keeps me up at night.
