Got my new computer parts today and assembled everything without a hitch, but it won't power on

Is the power button connected to the MoBo correctly? Sounds like it's not getting the power on signal. Double check it, alto try with just a flat head screwdriver as a connection between the two pins.

I double checked the power switch connection, substituted the reset switch, and shorted the jumpers with a small screwdriver. None worked.

The mobo manufacturer said I should RMA it, so that has been done.
