Friday - I went to The Mesa Arts Center after work to check out the 31st Annual Contemporary Crafts exhibit. I did not stay long due to technical difficulties, but it was fun. I think maybe last year was a bit more exciting, but how can you top a corn vending machine?

Yesterday in the morning when I sat down to work I noticed my vision was blurred. I blinked my eyes to refocus and used some natural tear eye drops to clear them out. I was seeing what looked like reflective blurry light. The light was glazing over my vision and it looked like the blurry light was rippling. For the first time in a little over two months I slept soundly last night. Since my car accident in September I have had a lot of discomfort while sleeping and have always woken up achy in the morning. I felt a lot better this morning! I was a bit amazed. After the movie we went to a restaurant in Scottsdale Chris had dined at the other day. Last night I had a delightful dinner with Jessi. We baked Alaskan halibut topped with carrots, zucchini, pesto and low sodium vegetable broth and added a side of tomato seasoned brown rice.
