Pain

I know the pain of childbirth.
And I know the pain a grown child can inflict can be ten thousand times more devastating,
but probably just a fleeting.

I hope that everything is okay?

I can only imagine what life will be like when Sidney gets older. I just hope that she doesn't put me through all of the crap that I put my Mom through. =/

LMAO!

My mom promised me that my children would be twice as bad as I was growing up. Why do you think I refuse to have any?

I've had to settle for spoiling Molly and Chooby. I must say, I'm rather good at it!

I have to admit, I thought about my own behavior towards my parents and brother in a whole different light as my children grew up.
We never really intentionally hurt our parents I don't think. It's just that we don't consider how our actions reflect on them, or even believe what we do could really even matter to them.
But it does, in more ways than we can imagine.

I try so hard not to hurt my mother. I know I do sometimes if I say something without thinking. As if something isn't quite good enough and she feel's bad because she wants to be able to do more for me. My biggest fear is disappointing her. I hope my children (when I have them) never feel that they have disappointed me.

Lance, your kids would be little demons. lol :o)
