Today, I participated in a protest.  Well, it was more of a lobbying than a protest, but you get the idea.  I even got to speak with the President's science advisor up close and personally.  Laura and Meaghan, I am sure you are proud of me, right?  :)

So, it's been a really long time.  Things are extremely busy on this end.  I've finally settled into some semblance of a routine, although that will change when I finally get a job.  Unfortunately, I have exhausted all my other options, and have only CAS to turn to.  My life of card-swiping will probably soon begin.  *sigh*

So, I'm officially back now and absolutely loving it.  My room is mostly set up, minus a bunch of my decorations.  It feels much more homey than last year, which might be because the furniture is made of nice wood instead of cheap wood and metal like last year.  It's makes everything much nicer.  Also, I have been WAY more social than I expected ( Read more... )
