well I am on 100 milligrams of Zoloft once a day and 1 milligram Of Xanax twice a day but I just take that if I feel freaked out cause its additive. so I don't know on the grand picture of it if thats alot of Zoloft or not...but I am level so thats good..kinda spacey getting used to it...but all in all I think its okay...=)I am doing well working ( Read more... ) -

order a pair of converse hip tops on line...black...did you know they make sneaker boots too...sexy boots with the comfort of a sneaker...may get those too...lol...but right now...money is limited so on pair is enough...and I wear them with dresses mostly cause I am into what makes me feel good.. -
break through yess
after months of hell I am on Zoloft and xanax...its helping alot. sorry I have not updated been trying to get life together. My moods are stable and I feel alot better..I have a good doctor now and insurance so its all free..thank god. I had to fight to get help but getting it now.. will be on later..just tired from the doctors today. let me know ( Read more... ) -

well All in all its been drama the past few days..I learned that be littled myself to a man that was not worthy of me...what a jerk..turned out he was cheating on me again and wow..but I broke my bond to him that is all that matters....he told me that the new girl was better than I but who cares yeah it hurt to hear him say that...but I don't ( Read more... ) -

sometimes that numb pain we feel is others and not us..it is hard at times to see the difference but it is what we need to see and feel...impathic preceptions,, are hard to deal with.. but it can be done we half to simply realize what is our emotions and what is the other person... -
