w00t! Combobulations! Philip, my bro, is ENGAGED!!!! Yup, you heard it here. Last night Phil popped the biggun', and he pulled out a ring, and voila! A commitment is born! Drinks all around! But thats all for now, I'm off from work, later all!

So I'm at work and bored, since nobody is calling CallBack on Labor Day. Over half of our staff are sitting around most of the time, and they're starting to send people home, so I got on some old websites... starting with:

Ok, so here's another classic at "CallBack". Caller calls in because she can't remember her password. Ok, easy enough, standard call. I begin to get the account information in my system and all, and she starts saying, "Well, when I click on my name, it asks for a password, and I don't remember my password."
