Any of the guys here lose weight while transitioning? I am not on T, but I am looking to bulk up and lose weight. I am 330 now and have some time to really work on creating and changing habits. I used to be about 400 or so and spent a year about 2 years ago really working on losing it and was successful with a 1200 calorie diet and weight lifting,

I had 1600 cals a day and did one hour of cardio using my wii fit board it worked to get my weight down but i really want to lose another 22lb so i can be my ideal weight for my weight something i have NEVER been even as a child i was overweight
