I had a job interview today with a health insurance company located in my area and they hired me on the spot. I'll be working in their customer service department dealing strictly with senior citizens. I can't think of anything easier than getting paid to talk to old people over the phone all day. ;)

Old people are terrible to work with over the phone, especially the ones that complain about stuff, WHICH IS ALL OF THEM.

Yeah, we got to listen in on a few of the current workers' conversations with customers today.

One lady talked for over 25 minutes about everything from her daughter to getting her hair done. Another guy called up and said that he "accidently" dropped his prescription of Hydrocodone in the toilet and that he wanted the company to pay for two more bottles for him immediately. When the CS worker told him we couldn't do that, he called her a fucking cunt and hung up the phone. hahahaha
