I watched the trailer today... it looks like a train wreck. They should just stop trying to make video games into movies. At best, they are OK movies but most of them are really really bad.
My dad was the boom man for Max Pain. :X He happened to have just received the script when skjie and I visited a while ago, skjie read the whole thing. Apparently the script itself isn't bad.
They were filming Max Payne just around the corner from my work a while ago... I thought of Andy and his suffering, and shared the story of Andy's prisoner costume with my coworkers as we walked past.
After Max Payne some of my co-workers and I were at lunch.
Coworker 1: Was the Max Payne Crunch the worst thing that you have ever experienced in your life? Coworker 2: Professional Life, or do life scarring break ups count? Coworker 1: Both Coworker 2: (after a long, thoughtful pause), Max Payne was the worst.
