I am telling you it was sooooooo easy this was my week:
Sun: 2 eggs breakfast
Green tea
Tuna fish w/ mayo lunch (small bowl)
Green tea
Small Grilled chicken salad dinner
Green tea
Mon: Green tea
Lunch tuna salad w/ 2 pieces tomato
Diet coke
Dinner: lump crab meat, grilled chicken
Green tea
Tues: 1 egg
Starbucks Non-fat Latte
Grilled chicken w/ roasted red peppers
Diet coke
Grilled chicken w/ lump crab meat
Green tea
Wed: Starbucks non-fat latte
Grilled chickem w/ roatsed red peppers
Diet coke
Dinner: grilled chicken w/ spinach & mixed veggies, small salad, green tea
3 glasses white wine
Thursday: Green Tea
Diet Coke
Grilled chicken w/ roasted red peppers
Dier Coke
That's my week so far, almost no carbs and no snacking... it's been working for me!
