My former Italian language school just posted pictures of Florence in the snow on Facebook. It's so beautiful! My dream is to be in Italy when it snows! I've only been in the hot summer months.

One thing I got in my stocking this year was a sushi mat! I have tried to make sushi without one before (only because I could only locate them on the internet and not in any local stores and I was too stubborn to order one) and everything always fell apart. It's raining SO much. I do not want to go to class...at all...the only good news is that once I make it to my building (an 8 minute walk) I get to stay in one place from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm. That's better than having to go in between buildings every hour, at least... But all I really want to do is crawl back in bed! I just had an espresso though ( Read more... )
