There was an ear-piercing shriek, and if you knew where it had come from, perhaps you'd be surprised that it isn't more musical but in any case though it's more likely you'd duck out of the way of any potential shattered glass.

Rachel Berry ran down the corridor, pushing everyone out of her way, screaming incoherence, but if you cared enough to concentrate you would have heard, "Spider, spider, KILL IT, it's out to get my talent!"

If this spectacle wasn't weird enough, perhaps Antonio running after the girl and alleged spider, wand held high, was enough to make you high-tail it back to your respective common rooms.

"No one move, you might crush the spider!"

"MOVE, YOU MIGHT CRUSH THE SPIDER!"

The debacle continued for an hour before anyone thought to consider that perhaps the spider didn't exist, despite Rachel's insistence that, "It is there, it's just too small to see!"
