I think my job is crushing my soul. Don't get me wrong. I am extremely grateful to have a job that supports my family in such a comfortable manner; but I am unaccustomed to the breakneck pace of daily quotas in the face of the inevitable learning curve associated with learning a whole new corporate structure, policies, politics and software. I
