A question for you, my friends list, do you believe that men and women can really be just friends, in a purely platonic, non-sexual, non-romantic way?
I'm beginning to doubt it is possible more and more....

Note to self - be strong, be focused, be successful.
I am a few lbs over my goal weight and I have decided enough is enough. All week I've been walking up and down stairs (six flights to my new office, youch), have vigorously worked out at Cardio Dance on Monday, Yoga yesterday and Aerobics today.
