DVDHeaven & Kpoptown just started accepting pre-orders for TVXQ's upcoming album!
I myself will be doing a sale of my own to support TVXQ's comeback~

The way this will work is, I will make the order based on the buyer's preferences.
The shipping from Korea to me will be covered by myself.
Paypal fees and shipping from me to you will be shouldered

I'm interested in the pre-sale but I have two questions. When you implied payment is due within 3 business days, is that just shipping and album or just the shipping? & if we do have to pay right after we place an order, do you hold items till they can give payment if they don't pay right after?

Hello~ ^^
The way this will work is, I will order the album first, once I receive your order, I will provide you with a quote for the album + shipping. Once we confirm everything, payment is expected within 3 business days.
I'm only receiving 1 payment from you for the album + shipping.
I can hold the album for you but that's only if the buyer discusses that with me first.

When is the deadline to preorder from you?

I might be interested in getting two, assuming you can get me both the black and red versions--if I like the songs enough, if the album is attractive, or for some other reasons, but because of that, I'll have to wait a little more to decide if I want to preorder more than one copy.

What I'm thinking right now is 24th (EDT). I want to make the order prior to the album being released in Korea. So most likely the morning of that day. This is for pre-order. Once the album is released, I'll still continue to receive orders until their promotions are complete (to give them a boost on the charts).

That should be no problem. You don't have to pre-order. You can always order a little later as I'll be planning additional orders after the album release ^^. Feel free to contact me when you have made your decision (:

I don't think that would be a very good idea. Haha.
The album seems to be pretty heavy based on what YesAsia and DVDHeaven have on their websites. But I'd have to see for myself how heavy the album is before making a proper calculation.

As of what I know now, for 2 albums shipment to Singapore may reach $20+ (USD). If you order directly from DVDHeaven it should be cheaper. For me, shipping to US for 2 albums is around the same price so... it may not be the best idea to order from me. Sorry! ):

Hi! I just sent in my order form for the tvxq album on the other page, but I had a few questions. I also ordered from ebay, but it's coming from Korea so the shipping ended up being $10 T-T I'm trying to cancel it from them, but I just sent out the order a couple hours ago, and then a friend linked to your order page right after :/ I know your deadline is 2AM so I didn't want to miss it, just incase ebay does cancel my order. If they don't cancel my order (though they're generally good with those), would I be able to give up my album to another buyer who missed the pre-order deadline, or something?
Also, I'm not familiar with the NYC area, but I work there all day on Fridays, on Madison Ave/55th, so would it be possible to meet up there for the album? Or even NY/NJ Port Authority?

Well I'm usually very flexible so it should be no problem as long as it isn't very late. If you want me to meet at your workplace it should be no problem. If you can step out for a bit in the middle of the day to take it from me, it should be fine. These details can be discussed later when the album arrives.

But depending on what type of shipping you want, cheapest probably will be around $2.00 - $3.00 for media mail.
Parcel/First Class will be more expensive but I don't know by how much ):
I need to get the album weighed when I receive it.
