Now, the LJ feels empty.

Snuff: Not Safe for Children to Read
I'm a fan of the gritty police drama, and I used to pride myself on never covering my eyes no matter how gory horror films became. I laughed my way through Friday(s) the 13th, etc... in the 80s. I would have seen Faces of Death, but someone told me there was animal torture in those so I opted out. Still, I was as curious as any troubled teenager.

It's that I've been thinking about how awesome it is that debate is built in to our political system.
In theory, it's a part of most political systems, and the real impact of it on ours can be debated...

Blind Sight
In biopsych class this week, we watched a video on brain disorders. One that I had already heard of was Capgras Delusion. In that one, a person with brain damage or injury truly believes that their loved ones have been replaced by impostors. If you take out the ridiculous stuff
this is actually a good video statement.
There are truly absurd statements in the transitions, like "they actually think America is a pretty good place to live." AS if pacifists don't like living in "America".
