This week has been one of the worst in memory. I had some doctor appointments on Tuesday, and found out that I have to see a hematologist. I had a huge panic attack at the doctor's office so it was pretty much a miserable experience from the beginning. Well it's decided. I've signed up for all the applicable sites with Juxtapocalyptic and even got my own domain now. Scary, now I just need to learn how to use a domain, lol. It will take a few days for the domain to show as active, then even longer for me to get a site up, but it's a coming.

I cremated my cat tonight in a very honorable pyre type burning. I felt his cremation needed to be more personal, with people who loved him than with total strangers. He hated strangers, so I know it was more peaceful for him this way, if he was watching at all anyway ( Read more... )

I don't feel like this is my imagination since Mac has said that he has noticed it too, but my two remaining cats have changed a lot since Tigger died. My older girl, Lilly, now 8, has become a lot, A LOT more clingy and more kitten like in her eyes. My little girl, Morgan, who is going to be 2 in May has lost a little bit of kitten-ness in her ( Read more... )

My cat Tigger died today. He was 4 months shy of 14, so he had a full, spoiled and long life. He was not in pain and I was with him at the end. He was very loved and will be very missed.

How about that for a business name? It sounds fancy and boutique-ish. It's Norwegian, and sounds like my name but isn't. I think I might like it. Most people will stumble alittle on pronouncing it, and will most likely think it's French, but I still think I like it. Kind of memorable and again kinda fancy sounding.

I can't sleep. This week I have been trying to avoid using a sleep aid. I have tried sticking with the standard 8 hours without a nap later hoping to be more tired at night, but it's just not working. Even if I am tired, it seems that something in me won't let me sleep.
