day one drove to the badlands national park in south dakota. good day but all and all uneventful. beautiful scenery in badlands.

Should have stopped at the Corn Palace in Mitchell on your way through SD! What road trip isn't complete without a stop at the cheesiest (or erm....corniest..) tourist trap ever? An entire palace created from corn is pretty darn impressive!
