I just turned 38 weeks today. At my cervical check I was 70% effaced, and only a fingertip dilated and everything seemed to look okay. I then went in for a growth ultrasound and BPP. Hello, $4,000 raise! Best part is? I'm still hourly. Seeing as I work 20 hours of OT a week, I may just be able to make some mad bank this year.
Work is going well.
