I agree that exercise is a great way to get focused. For me, it's walking my dog.

I love the way that exercise can do that, and running is definitely the best. Nice take on the topic and well written too :)

I'm struggling with that whole constant thought process these days, too... I've been reading The Power Of Now, which talks about quieting that inner voice to get to your internal peace, but, yeah, it's not easiest thing.

I've heard of that book several times...maybe I will check it out of the library one of these days. It really is frustrating have your mind going all the time with no 'off' button...
