You need to read Children of the Mind. It's teriffic, and concludes the story from Speaker for the Dead. It is more emotional, and Ender is not much of a participant, but seriously, you've got to put some closure on that series.

Does it follow the people of the Path or something?

It follows Peter/Ender and the girl from Path as they travel from world to world trying to save Jane, and Valentine/Ender as well as the Lusitanian Scientists as they try to understand the descolada. Ender spends most of the book sequestered with the Filhos da Mente de Cristo, or unconscious.
