80yoM Pt entered ED at 703 complaining of Dyspnea x 20 hrs. Patient states he was "mowing his yard yesterday afternoon" around 1600. After completion PT 'could not catch his breath'. "A steel tire bar came up and hit me in the arm" Pt's personal physician advised visit to ED due to location on arm.
