I'm hoping this is a trend!

Writing again after a very long break from it (writer's block due to personal issues). 3,075 words today. Had some distractions with family but otherwise, not bad.

Methinks a curl up and relaxing before bed.

Currently, word count is at 10,360. 1/2 to 3/4 done with chapter two. Second book in the Moonlight series. 

 In other news...

Because I want to prove that, while my life may be in major suckage, there ARE some good things.

Spike applied at a long term nursing care facility and had an initial on the spot interview last week. Turned out, the person who interviewed him was the Director. She had him come back to speak and interview with the nurse in charge ( Read more... )

So, we were given permission by the landlords to paint.  Mainly because we were rushed out of the old place and they never really finished working on the house here.  So we're doing small improvements and whatnot in exchange for money taken off the rent.
