I am so happy, I worked my ass off for a week on this atkins diet thing plus a whole lot of walking.
I have lost 10 of those 15 pesky holiday pounds I gained. YAY me!

The doctor told me today that the crusty stuff in my ears ( in November she said it was Swimmers Ear) is possibly psoriasis! It runs in my family, but mine was brought on by stress from school
