It's windy and ccold here today (Hi: 64° Lo: 57°). It feels like October already. I hope we have another nice weekend before summer ends so that we can hit the beach once more.

Our whole week's been like that, here... I feel like the whole summer's been like that, plus rain, with only a few real summer days. It sucks. We need the summer to get us through the long winter, and it just never came.

Yeah, it's intended to make fun of America. Me thinks it's unfortunately a bit too close to the truth. As Bob Dylan so prolifically wrote re America's view of the rest of the world, "And you never ask questions when God's on your side."
