Well, a week from Thursday we'll be heading back to America. Still no word  from Melissa whether she and Jesi will definitely be coming down. I sure hope so, It'll feel so wierd flying 8,420 miles and not even be able to see her. It's windy and ccold here today (Hi: 64° Lo: 57°). It feels like October already. I hope we have another nice weekend before summer ends so that we can hit the beach once more.

Not much happening here. I've spent a lot of time in the kitchen this week.  I've never been an accomplished cook to begin with, but, oh my, what fun this has been, using a celsius, gas oven (that browns only on the bottom) and trying to figure out grams and milliliters to measure the ingredients.
