had solo ensemble contest today, got a division 1, i was only one point point away from getting a division 1+ (which means it was perfect in every aspect) basically, i got played an upper level asta grade 5 piece (there are 6 levels). Yeah, got a music scholarship from USD. However, it is only a measly $800.00. That is kinda pathetic. It seems only Luther is trying to recruit me.

I got a letter today from Concordia, and not only did they not give me a music scholarship they have also recommended that I go for the lesser of the music degrees. While I was there I also auditioned for the Bachelors of Music program and they have basically rejected me from that. So Concordia is basically off of my list, only Luther and USD ( Read more... )
