i have got to get this off my chest,for a while now iv been really wanting to tell my parents that i cut. im sick of them not understanding me. i want us to have i good relationship. i mean even if you hate your parents(which i dont) then you are endebted to them. i want us to be able to talk like the parents on tv, wehre you can tell them anything ( Read more... )

being able to talk to your parents is an awesome thing to be able to do.
i know i love talking to my mom about everything, it's like having another best friend.

i'm happy for you that you want to be closer with your parents. i haven't heard many people say that, kudos javi.

Javi- yeah, I can't really tell you if it would help you to tell your parents but I know that it's always good to get things off your chest. And so if you feel like you need to let them in on what's going on, more power to you. Just as long as you'll feel better because of it. Be strong Mr.Spicy - no matter what you are still one cool kid.

mmm...
depends on how your parents are...like my mom would have freaked out if i would have ever told her and she would have cut me off from everything in the world
but i mean i could tell my dad anything in the world. i actually want to. he knows freaking everyhting.

i dont know your parents. but idk..if you have a good relationship with them right now, you should be safe...idk my advice isnt profound...but thats what i got.

hey javi! Its melanie! alex's little sister. I have to say, i wish i could talk to my pearents, and its so cool that you want to be closer to yours. I use to cut and then someone told my teacher who told my mom, who tottaly and utterly did not understand and cut me off from everything. It was not fun at all....and it made everything worse for me. But that is probaly becuase i have a horible relaitonship with my mother. If i was you i would really think about what you want to do...and then do it. I would tell them though becuase from the sounds of it, it seems like you guys have a pretty good realationship, and that is something you should be happy about. I dunno, its just me, so you don't have to listen.
