the last time i gave blood, i accidently squeezed the pressure ball too much that i gave a bit more blood than i should have.

oh no, i had to take some lab tests for my health. but i'm alright :)
the lady was like "you can relax your hand now", and i wouldnt and shes like "MISS YOU CAN RELX YOUR HAND NOW" hahaha.

Oh my god I know how you feel about needles. I get "des attack vaggals" (sorry its french & I can't translate in english so well) meaning everytime I get needles, if I'm not lying down I'll pass out.
Its horrible. I once got a needle and passed out and it ripped about an inch of my skin :[
