Woohoo! More sewing!

The first thing I did after breakfast was sit down at my sewing machine to work on the chemise. I got all the main seams done and started attaching the sleeves to the body before running out of steam. I also played around with embroidery designs for the neck binding. Am I allowed to say how jealous I am of your magical embroidery machine?! I hate hand sewing and although I have suffered through making my own blackwork, I would *so* much prefer to have a machine that will do it for me.

But what do you do when you have a perfectly good, perfectly functioning machine already? Sigh....

Simple! You get your friend with the magical embroidery machine to have you over for a sewing hangout day so that you can use said magical embroidery machine!

I'd be happy to have you over sometime Diana. The more involved embroidery patterns can be rather complicated and take quite a bit of time, but these little designs are actually just stitch options, so you'd be able to zip through a moderate project in no time.
