Well, the Cranach gown was wearable tonight. I even managed to get the escoffion in a finished enough state to wear--and I must say it looks fabulous. I'll be sure to take some photos and explain the modifications I made to the pattern directions ( Read more... )

Your dress was GORGEOUS! I've got lots of photos that Bridget took on my camera - I'll send them to you.

And can I just say that Kevin look really hot in that jedi outfit? :)

Thank you. You looked so adorable, by the way. Thanks for getting us all together like that.

Hopefully, I'll be able to keep dressing Kevin up. He's not enthusiastic, but he also didn't break out in hives or go into convulsions, so I'm taking it as a good sign. :)

Entirely thanks to you! That dress came together so quickly once I had that bodice pattern all fitted to me. Thanks again for doing that workshop at Costume College.

Oh, and Kevin had a good time. He even seemed to enjoy being dressed up--there's hope yet!
