Thank you for letting Littleman 'help' you paint. It was the highlight of his day, and he told his grandparents all about it.

I like the idea of embroidery on the blouse, I think it would look lovely. Do you have enough fabric (and time) for pintucks?

I'm so glad he enjoyed himself. I was worried that it may not have been any fun with all the stretching we had to do to reach the ceiling.

I definitely like the idea of pin tucks. That may just to the trick. I might try doing groups of pin tucks with a bit of embroidery in between, but we will see how crazy that makes me.

Pintucks would be good, esp. because you could piece in the pintucked portion...
