I went to the Y last night.. we were gonna do H2O bikes but u know u need water shoes for that... so we went swimming instead.. it was SO much fun.
Mel cant breathe underwater or swim.. but she can swim underwater.
the rocks are not heat therapy rocks, you dont put them on your back.
